NAB Names New Private, Business Banking Boss

yesterday announced that Canada-based banking executive Andrew Irvine is to head its business and private banking division, taking the helm from Anthony Healy, who left the role in April.
Irvine comes into the job with almost 25 years’ experience in financial services and joins from Bank of Montreal, where he led the Canadian business banking division.
Based in Melbourne, Irvine is expected to start on 1 September, NAB said in a statement yesterday.
His appointment is subject to regulatory approvals.
Working at Bank of Montreal since 2008, Irvine’s roles included those of customer solutions head. Prior to Bank of Montreal, he worked at McKinsey & Company as an associate principal in Toronto and as an investment banker in London, England.
